If I own my own land will you build on it?
Absolutely! We do it all the time. We will build on any land in and around the Calgary region without restriction. We understand the rules on building both inner city and country residential lots and locations.

Do you build inner city homes and infills?
Yes we do. The majority of our work is country residential, but we do build inner city and have the creative design team with the know how and resources to build inner city and do it in a unique and special way.

How long does it take to build a home?
It depends on the size and complexity of the design of your home. There are a lot of variables that contribute to the time lines of the construction of your home. The design stage can take anywhere from 3-6 months depending on the clarity of your wants and needs as well as the time it takes to get approvals from the land developer and the city. The construction time is about 10-13 months on average.

Are you member’s of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program?
Yes we are. That means your deposits up to $100,000 are protected under the program and as well you get a minimum of 5 years structural warranty coverage on your new home as well as the builder's 1 year comprehensive warranty with walkthroughs at various stages of construction and after possession
